SIGNING OF MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION
On September 16 this year, the University of Culture and Tianjin University of Commerce signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. Under the memorandum, the two universities plan jointly to open a Confucius University to promote educational and cultural ties between Armenia and China and strengthen friendly relations between the two countries. The delegation from Tianjin University of Commerce in the People’s Republic of China was led by Vice-President Qiang Cui.
Professor Huan Leping, Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Department and Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Tianjin University of Commerce, attended the signing ceremony.
