Organization of service in hotels and tourist complexes, students studying in the specialty form knowledge, abilities and skills related to organization of tourism, service of tourist complexes, management of hotel complexes, proper reception of tourists and organization of their service processes in hotels.
As a result of educational processes, students master modern computer programs related to hotel complexes (Travelline, Triosoft, etc.), as well as widely used programs related to booking hotel rooms, such as: Booking, Expedia, Ostrovok, etc. Also, college students acquire theoretical knowledge about inbound and outbound tourism, existing tourist complexes in Armenia and their history, which they apply during educational practices. Student internships are held in tourist complexes as well as in leading tourist hotels.
